cant in accessing database in Android, Table isn't getting created

i'm a beginner.and for a project i just combined two other projects. both of them had separate databases and dbadapters.I kept them as it is and joined both of them.for a while the app worked perfectly and when i converted it to a apk and when i launched it on my mobile one of the table started not getting created.after that the same issue keep on coming when i ran it in debugging mode in my android studio.i am atotall noob in android programming so even if the solution is too obvious please do help. thanks in advance
